    @buddy9, following your wording makes the writ quite long.  Am I supposed to fit it all onto a single page of text?

    Also, is it okay to refer to married women by their birth names only?

    Perhaps with suitable paragraph spacing it can all go on a single A4 page?

    I think the legal name of a married woman includes any maiden name, so a married woman’s name could be shown in the format ‘Agnes Mary Brown or Black’
