So yeah, i keep reading about these magical things called money belts which supposedly help to keep your money, passport etc. safer whilst you are travelling. Does anyone else use them?
With that in mind, can anyone recommend somewhere i can buy one?
Thanks.

"Helpful advice In a situation where someone is threatening you and demanding your money it is better to give them the belt, hence the value of the quick release button."

Have no idea
but just saying that all those I know have ended up bringing them home unused. When I went to China last summer I didnt take one I just took the money I needed for that day out and the rest of my money I left in the safe at the hotel finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0 -
i wore mine when in transit-
then i always know where my passport and tickets are and i'm not afraid to put my hand luggage anywhere it needs to go.
i found it very convenient. (and as it was winter it kept me warm too).0 -
I used one in Rome i have heard about the pick pockets there and so decided to use one and yes i felt safer walking around in crowded places. I'd say yes use one especially in the more well known cities or countries that has a major problem with bag snatching and pickpocketing, better safe than sorry.:hello: Lets all save a £ or two, lets all earn a £ or two, and lets all enjoy spending that £ or two wisely.
