FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 24 July 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00 p.m. on Thursday 21 August 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one prize consisting of an e-voucher for seven (7) nights in a platinum caravan at a John Fowler Holidays holiday park, for the prize winner and up to five (5) guests (“Holiday E-Voucher”), and two hundred pounds (£200) worth of e-vouchers to spend on food and drink, or within the Foxy Shop at the Holiday Park where the winner chooses to take up their holiday  (“Park E-Voucher”)

 

(together the “E-Voucher(s)”). 

 

The Holiday E-Voucher can be redeemed at the following holiday parks:

 

• Sandaway Beach in Combe Martin;
• South Bay in Brixham;
• Widemouth Bay in Bude;
• Trelawne Manor in Looe;
• Sandy Glade in Brean; or
• Llanrhidian in Gower

 

 (the “Holiday Park”).

 

The prize also includes up to one hundred and fifty pounds (£150) towards travel to the winners chosen Holiday Park, to be transferred via BACS to the prize winner once proof of travel costs is received (“Travel Allowance”). 

 

The E-Vouchers shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the date that the winner receives it (the “Redemption Period”). The E-Vouchers must be redeemed and the trip taken within the Redemption Period.

 

The E-Vouchers shall be delivered to the prize winner via email, and the Holiday E-Voucher must be redeemed via telephone, by calling 01271 866766. The Holiday E-Voucher cannot be redeemed against stays in privately owned caravans. 

 

The E-Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The prize excludes transport to and from the Holiday Park, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than those specified above).

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
