Attendance Allowance Pension Credit

My pension credit that I have received for 16years, was stopped a few weeks ago when i was given Attendance Allowance. I realise now that I should have informed them, I have spoken to pension credit and confirmed all details, was told this would be processed and I would receive a letter. Is this usual and will the Pension Credit be renewed.

AA should have no negative impact on PC2

There is a glitch in the DWP system. Had couple of CAB clients who lost PC payments when they claimed AA. When DWP contacted, they knew what the problem was and it was corrected for the clients; the payments were delayed not lost0
