You certainly can't start shovelling huge company contributions into a SIPP without HMRC raising their eyebrows - the amounts a company can contribute on your behalf have to be 'commensurate' with the position you hold.
Forget posting here; get professional advice before you confuse yourself (and us!) to the point of no return.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1
