Military Pension and Norwegian Pension query

Hi all,
I have a query regarding my state pension and whether my Military & Norwegian pension help towards it?
I served in the Military and I am in receipt of a pension which is roughly 10k a year. It falls under the tax bracket, so I do not pay tax on it.
I also work in Norway and I pay Norwegian tax. I will receive a Norwegian pension from the age of 62.
I am also registered as a Limited Company within the UK for adhoc work when I am home.
I have not made any state pension contributions for 4 years, and i'm querying if my Military pension would contribute towards this, or does my Norwegian wages help towards topping this up?
I'm just after constructive information please?
Regards

No, pension income does not add towards the UK state pension.Your Norwegian income will not directly add to your UK state pension but there may be some interaction (comes under the heading "complicated").Have you actually checked your pension forecast ?

How much SP will you be missing out on? And how long before you can collect it?
Could you make contributions for the last 4 years to enhance the SP? (yes in principle but do you have the ££?) Could you continue to make contributions in the future based on your adhoc work?
Norway may have a reciprocal agreement with the UK so that you can get their SP added to the UK one. But will that be worth while? For one thing you'd need to wait to get that until you're about 67 instead of 62. I'm in receipt of a full UK pension but also get another SP from overseas. So that's a win for me. You service in the UK military will count as contributing years towards your entitlement to the state pension0

My last payment year was 2021 for my state pension. I have the money to top it up, but want to find out information whether I need to first.
I will ring HMRC about this and find out if Norway and the UK have some sort of deal.0 -
Norway and the UK are signatories to the EU rules on the coordination of social security systems. As far as I am aware, those rules continue to apply to persons with contribution periods in the UK and Norway, as they continue to apply persons with contribution periods in the UK and an EU country but you should perhaps check that with DWP International Pension Centre. The impact of those regulations is that your years in each country will help you get past any minimum period requirements in the other country. You will get a pension from each country based then on your contribution periods in that country.
