Just wanted to update all the wonderful people on here and particularly to say a huge thankyou to @Coupon-mad and @ChirpyChicken.
My son had hearing yesterday afternoon and was successful! What a relief after months and months of stress, we could not have done it without you!
If it helpful / of interest - my son said that Judge was friendly and appeared to dislike parking companies. He had not pre- read the WS or Skeleton argument it seemed and only very briefly scanned whilst talking to my son. He did not really question him about any particulars and very quickly said he would set aside CCJ 🥳.

My son was so surprised as he was expecting to be grilled, so he can’t really remember much else and can’t even remember if he asked about costs!
Getting the CCJ removed was the most important thing for him as he can now move forward with getting a mortgage and move on with his life.
Thankyou again 🤩

Does he now have to defend the claim? He'll have to, if the claim itself wasn't struck out.
If you want to make a difference to stop this utter scammery in future:
Stick around in August to take part in the Government's Public Consultation. We have an important thread about that and we need ALL Defendants to respond to the questions to shape the regulation of this rogue industry.
Please come back in a couple of weeks. Bookmark the thread on the Public Consultation. Go read it now, please.

Yes he does still have to sort out the initial claim- maybe he could have said more in court but his head was in a complete spin.
And yes I will definitely contribute to the consultation - these people are potentially ruining lives and causing so much stress.4 -
