Apparently not all customers got the email, not sure what their criteria is. My completed switch date was the 22nd, no voucher yet, will update when I do

I didn't get the invite. Been a Chase UK customer from day one, though with an ever dwindling amount of money with them as their products are no longer market leading for existing customers. Right now, I only use their credit card for stoozing. I also took one look at Nutmeg and ran.... They probably took one look at my account usage and decided they wouldn't want to give me any more money

Anybody get paid yet? Wonder if there will be mass voucher drops when the cut-off (aug 10th) happens…

I haven't heard anything about my voucher yet. My switch completed on 28th July.

Hi, has anyone got their voucher yet? I have messaged them twice to ask. The first time they said they would start sending out after 10th August, and when I messaged on 11th August they said they started sending them out that day. Still not had mine. The T&Cs say that it might take up to 30 days from the date of your switch to receive it so I’m giving them some more time but I have taken screenshots of the T&Cs in case they say I haven’t complied with any of them. There is no mention of paying in any money or direct debit requirements so a straight switch should be all that is needed.

When did your switch complete?
