• Entrants must be aged 18+ and resident in the UK.
• Prize valid for one night stay at any Upham Inns collection venue, excluding The Wheelwright’s Arms, Havant and Harper’s Steakhouse, Weighbridge.
• Prize valid for two people and includes an overnight stay in a double or twin room, £30pp to spend on dinner from the a la carte menu, late checkout (until 1pm) and breakfast. 
• Additional drinks and food must be paid for on departure.
• No cash or prize alternative, prize is not transferable.
• Travel excluded.
• The winner will be picked at random and has 48hrs to accept the prize before it is redrawn.
