Nexus Parking charge notice

I recieved a parking charge notice while attending Stobhill Hospital, Glasgow while having day surgery. Their was a sign in the space saying reserved for patients, however in smaller writing underneath (for renal unit) which I wasnt attending. I came out after my surgery to the parking notice from Nexus Group with the wrong registration plate. Do I need to pay it.
