Topcashback are offering £60 if you open or switch to a First Direct current account.
I dont currently have a First Direct account but did have some years ago (received bonus for switching then)
I wont be eligible for the Frist Direct switching offer, but do you think i would be eligible for the TCB if i opened a FD account?
My previous First direct account wasnt applied for through TCB.

The Top Cashback offer is separate to the £175 switching offer. So once you haven't applied for a FD account through TC before, then you should be eligible.
Having had a quick look through this offer, there seems to be a contradiction in the terms as to whether you have to open an account to get the £60 or whether it's OK just to switch into an existing account to get it.
Normally with these TC offers you have to open a new account.
Also this is a 24 hour offer and ends around midday tomorrow.
I would go for it, worst that can happen is that they decline your cashback.1 -
Their terms state its only for the "first account opened" so is subject to interpretation of if that means first account ever therefore you are excluded or first should be considered in a shorter but unspecified timescale in which case you may be eligible.Aidanmc said:Topcashback are offering £60 if you open or switch to a First Direct current account.I dont currently have a First Direct account but did have some years ago (received bonus for switching then)I wont be eligible for the Frist Direct switching offer, but do you think i would be eligible for the TCB if i opened a FD account? My previous First direct account wasnt applied for through TCB.
Ultimately its FD that determine if you meet the criteria or not, I wouldnt be holding my breath as they've always seemed fairly good at spotting returners.0
