Price Protection False advertising with OTB

Where do I begin with this Company !
I booked a holiday and then decided to change the room type only when I did this they removed all the early booking discounts £1,900 and will NOT give them back saying they had to cancel it and rebook even though the Confirmation number remained the same !!
I then went onto the website to check the accommodation based on the change to find that they are £ 2,300 more than I am currently paying so I used the Price protection option - well that has all changed now its through the APP only and they show the current price against your price paid - BUT guess what is NOT showing the correct pricing so makes it show you are paying less.
I have made a complaint only to be told to use the APP there is no way to report this and get the difference back I have all the evidence (5 different times) with the exact details - How can I report this and get this back
This company should be taken off the sites and stopped

Not sure I'm following all that but have you read the small print about the terms of the price drop protection scheme, including the likes of:https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/holidays/pricewatch/price-drop-protection
If you amend the Qualifying Booking, you will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

It's pretty common that making an amendment to a booking means you lose any promotional discounts. I don't think there is any way the OP will get money back.0
