British gas plumbing insurance

I have 2 leaking radiators. The plumber from Dyno said it was not the valves and said he had to order 2 new radiators. Received a call from them to make an appointment to have them fitted. I received a call today from them to say BG said I am not covered for them. I have looked at my policy and I am not actually covered for the radiators but I am covered for radiator valves. Is there anything I can do to resolve this please?

Ask BG what the insurance is for then and as they have different levels of cover ask them to explain to you why you aren't covered for the radiator's.
Ask friends or neighbours for plumber recommendations and get them to quote for the repairs at your own cost.

What the insurance cover is will be detailed in the policy.
The OP has confirmed that the insurance she chose covers radiator valves but not radiators.1 -

Not going to help you for this incident but worth checking everything the policy does and doesnt cover and when renewal comes around deciding if its still worth buying or if you'd rather pay "more" for a policy with wider coverage or not have the insurance at all.1
