Fake PCN? Help!

Options
Hi,

my husband received this PCN in the post from what they say is LPM. But also names parking collection services. The logo doesn’t seem very clear either but they have the BPA logo on the PCN.

It has the option to appeal which I will do but just wondering if anyone has had experience with them?

Show us both sides of the PCN, all dates showing but your data & VRM & PCN ref redacted.

Non-POFA in dates and wording then.

Easy win for the keeper, as long as the driver isn't implied. You know this because it's explained in the NEWBIES thread.

Thanks. Can do non pofa in wording but what do you mean by the dates? It was sent within the 14 days deadline.

It's not about the date sent.

You can see that in para 9 of Schedule 4.
