I am the executor of a will and have paid everyone their dues except one who is due £1000. I have no address for her, but a phone number she has a call screening system in place, I keep leaving messages asking her to call me, but she never replies!! This has been going on for over a year.
How long do I have to keep chasing her before I can give the money to charity?

Do you explain who you are when you leave the message, she might think it's a scamThrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

I did think that maybe she had died, at a guess age would be 60's/70's I would have thought that if someone else is using the number they would have replied (just to get me off their back!!)0
