Paying Out to Beneficiaries

Options
I am the executor of a will and have paid everyone their dues except one who is due £1000. I have no address for her, but a phone number she has a call screening system in place, I keep leaving messages asking her to call me, but she never replies!! This has been going on for over a year.
How long do I have to keep chasing her before I can give the money to charity?

Do you explain who you are when you leave the message, she might think it's a scam

Is it possible that she has died or moved away and the phone number is no longer hers?

I did think that maybe she had died, at a guess age would be 60's/70's I would have thought that if someone else is using the number they would have replied (just to get me off their back!!)
