Utility warehouse final bill

Joined UW several years ago on a fixed tarif which worked but , as most people have forgotten to actually check my bill breakdown. As I send an actual reading for gas and electric every month, I noticed they were charging me not only for actual energy consumed , but also estimated , which surprisingly met my fixed tarif amount. Now I’ve left for octopus, but my final bill apparently  from UW has jumped to £300, even though I’ve only used £50 of energy since my last bill.
has anyone else had similar problems?

You need to give more details , a redacted bill would be good but you won’t be able to do that yet,but cut and paste may help
