TNC payment demand

I received an email from TNC Collections a week ago whilst away on holiday, asking for payment for an outstanding parking fine £170.
The email stated it was a follow up from a previous email but I have never received.
There are no details showing where or when the alledged offence took place, and demanding I pay within 7 days if not wanting to go to court.
I emailed back asking for proof of debt but have received nothing back.
Is there anyway I can find out what this is referring to ?
Please advise my best actions
many thanks

The letters are all at your old address, probably due to the keeper omitting to update the logbook when they moved.
Stop phoning TNC! You don't contact the likes of them. Go to your old address and get the letters then update your address with the Parking Firm. And the DVLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
