After 9 days this mattress showed signs of indentations where my husband and I slept !!!
As it was purchased from Furniture Village we immediately went back into the store and registered our complaint.. This was followed up by their technicians inspection 3 weeks later when he registered indentations at 2.75 which is below the 3 mm allowed by manufacturers within first 4 MONTHS !
Call to Furniture Village and was told there was no case as Technicians report stated it was within manufacturers range!
An email sent to CEO Peter Harrison not answered so tracked letter sent to him again asking for an answer to question ‘Would you be happy as a customer having purchased the top of the range mattress be happy with this mattress after only weeks of use?’
Within 24 hours telephone call received from Escation team apologising that we had felt it necessary to write to CEO saying they would contact manufacturers and get back to us but now 6 days later still no response meanwhile we are having sleepless nights !!
Any advice please

    Wait for their reply.

Is the mattress that uncomfortable that you cannot sleep?

    They also say this

Indentations caused by settlement of fillings or body weight are normal and are not considered defects. If used on a slatted bed frame, the space between slats must be no wider than 7.5 cm. Spaces wider than this may cause excess dipping of the mattress and invalidate the guarantee.

Surely then in a couple of weeks, given you've made indentations of 2.75 within 9 days, you will have made more than 3mm so can then get another report?

Apologies it should have read 2.75 cms and 3 cms

yes the indentations are now well above the 3 cms and the bed has developed a definite ridge between both indentations so definitely uncomfortable for sleeping on !!!
