Stuck on how to appeal

Hi everyone,
I received two parking tickets one day after the other in two different areas. One was for turning into a road that had restricted hours and one for not parking correctly within a disabled bay. I appealed both and have heard back from the parking bay that they deny my appeal.

I turned into the road as that was the road I came out of to go to the supermarket after dropping my mums car off at a car wash on that road.
Re: the parking bay, I thought one wheel had to be completely outside of the line to be fined and as I was on the line I didn’t think it breached the parking regulations.
It was on a private car park for shops. I emailed the store and they said they won’t get involved. It was both postal charges. I appealed before reading the information on here. So I did receive and respond to it within the 15 days.
Is there anything else I can do? Sorry if Ive not gone through the newbies section thoroughly, I lost my little boy last week so my head has been all over the place
thanks in advance

thanks in advance

Who gave you each "ticket" for a start, the tuning into a road one doesn't give enough information, if it was council this is not the place for help. The yellow line one was never going to be successful with a private parking company, they are scammers that just want your cash, and there are no "regulations" in the private parking industry, only their terms and conditions which they use in what ever way they want to as a scam.2

There are no regulations in private parking, its currently an unregulated industry, cowboy rules, the signs are the private parking contract between the driver and the Parking company
How many private PCN's are there ? One ?
Who issued the pcn ?
Was it on the windscreen or by post ?
Which location is it ?
Looking at the pictures above, the allegation is correct, parking outside the bay, outside the lines, no question that it's poor parking and would be forbidden on the signs there
As for the other one, was it a council ticket ?3 -
The turning in the road was Brent council
the parking bay was UKPC and just the one ticket from private. It was sent by post but I appealed it straight away so didn’t pass the 15 days limit. It’s in South Ruislip parking for The Range1 -
Plan A is complain to the retail park management company about the ukpc pcn, because its on a retail park , private property, private parking company
The council one would need you to go over to the FTLA parking forum website and post any queries over there, where the expertise is3 -
I assume the Range is in the building which was Homebase, this is a trading park and you would need to complain to the land owner or managing agents. The signage looks typically useless:3

Pay the council one.
Never pay the UKPC one. Keep this thread for that one but do not try POPLA.
Do not show us the £170 threatograms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep that’s the place. I complained to The Range and they said they don’t get involved. I’ll look up the company that manages the retail park and send them an email. Thanks everyone for your help1

It is Victoria Retail Park and could be managed by Morgan Williams via Completely Retail, although they could just be marketing agents.3
