I have recieved a Letter Before Action from CE Ltd and it states to return the form (in my case, the letter modified with the aid of Post 2 of the stickied thread) to the address of the business on the letter.
However, there is no address on the letter except that of where to send the cheque. Should I use this same address? Although I can't find the envelope it came in, maybe they meant that?

The advice about replying to a LBC clearly says to email it. No posting any letter snail
mail.
Then stick around in August to do the Government's Public Consultation, if (like us) you are ANGRY about the scam of debt recovery fees massively enriching aggressive thug third parties, and about the fact we still have no clear promise of a properly impartial ADR (the long promised single appeals service).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
