CNBC claim form defence - new thread for second claim

Hi,
Thanks for all your help on the last one, I have submitted the defence. This is the second court claim, from the same car park, and a year previous but this time it is DCB legal who have requested judgement. Although I am not sure why they're different, does this change anything with the defence? As again, other than accidentally overstaying whilst assisting my relative who was bedbound from a back injury, I have no real defence that I can truthfully argue as I didnt even open the letters after receiving the first one.
Whereas the previous claim I completed the response pack, I have not done so with this and have done the AOS, will now need to write my defence. In total the charges from the two claim forms are around £700, which is just outrageous.
