PCN for stopping on red route, should I try to appeal?

why did the vehicle stop?

It is a part-time bay - 7am - 7pm no stopping, however there are a few down that road, some are loading of 20 mins between 10am - 4pm and some are 10am - 1pm, disabled parking can be for up to 3 hours in those windows.Coupon-mad said:
