PCN for stopping on red route, should I try to appeal?

    why did the vehicle stop? 
    the a few ways out of that depending upon the answer to the above question

    Looks like a red route bay to me. Part time. The signage is key if this is a red route bay.

    I got my niece off one like this because the CCTV failed to zoom in on the bay sign.

    Looks like a red route bay to me. Part time. The signage is key if this is a red route bay.

    I got my niece off one like this because the CCTV failed to zoom in on the bay sign.
    It is a part-time bay - 7am - 7pm no stopping, however there are a few down that road, some are loading of 20 mins between 10am - 4pm and some are 10am - 1pm, disabled parking can be for up to 3 hours in those windows.

    May not help given the time of the notice.

    Ah I see, or in this case don't see on those photo's - not sure they're clear enough or the full sign to allow them to prove that...nice
