It seems like it is another of those early witness statements from Scott Wilson; search the forum for Scott Wilson and bookmark the threads you find so you can keep up with what other posters have been advised to do.2

Recent good WS that you can crib from include the one by @aza123, where they included as evidence, the transcripts for the Chan & Akande cases that you need too.Thank you. I would like to clarify my current situation to ensure I am aligned with the required steps:
- I have not yet received a Hearing Order. The only correspondence I’ve received so far includes:
- An email from CEL the other day with their Witness Statement.
- An email today confirming the Mediation appointment. Given this, I am unsure if I may have missed the Hearing Order or any associated deadlines.

Yep it seems Scott Wilson has pre-signed a load of early WS. They are premature. One wonders why...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
