- I have not yet received a Hearing Order. The only correspondence I’ve received so far includes:
- An email from CEL the other day with their Witness Statement.
- An email today confirming the Mediation appointment. Given this, I am unsure if I may have missed the Hearing Order or any associated deadlines.

Yep it seems Scott Wilson has pre-signed a load of early WS. They are premature. One wonders why...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just had a mediation appointment (CEL) and offered £10 as advised on forum. However, as expected, the offer was not accepted. As mentioned previously, Scott Wilson has sent me an early pre-signed Witness Statement (WS). I now need to wait for the Hearing Order before preparing my WS and evidence. is this correct? Please advise on the next steps. Thanks0

Correct, wait for the case to be transferred to your local civil court and the CNBC have informed you about the transfer
Your local civil court will send you a court order containing the information and deadlines, all perfectly normal so far, so stop worrying
