Need to prepare my defence against Civil Enforcement Limited

I recently completed the N180 Directions Questionnaire by hand and scanned copy as attachment emailed to DQ.CNBC@justice.<span>gov.uk</span>. However, I noticed that the N1SDT Claim Form for Civil Enforcement Limited (CEL) does not include an email address, only a postal address and phone number.  
Could you kindly suggest if I am required to send a hard copy of the completed form by post to both DQ.CNBC and CEL
Your clarification would be greatly appreciated.

You have received a witness statement (WS) from the claimant; you have the same deadline for providing WS to the court and the claimant (or their solicitor), what is your deadline and have you done so?

We hope you should already know from reading IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread, that you get to provide images and evidence now.

This is is WS & evidence stage. Deadline for that will be in your Hearing Order and the fact that theirs has now arrived rings alarm bells.

Have you done yours yet?

Why on earth has Scott Wilson misleadingly spent a paragraph describing the LA equivalent of bailiff enforcement, where the 'compliance stage' and 'enforcement stage' fees are comparable to what a PPC can do if they EVENTUALLY, AFTER JUDGMENT, get a bailiff involved...

...so what, Scott? What is your point?!

That has precisely NOTHING to do with the pre-action and litigation phase of a defended moneyclaim?!

Again with the lies about additional costs at the hearing. Not allowed on the Small Claims Track provided all paperwork is filed on time as ordered.
