I Park, DCB LEGAL claim at hearing stage - 1 minutes stay in car park

Hi Again Folks,
So this saga is continuing.
I have been sent a letter from the courts requiring me to attend a dispute resolution hearing. Cant believe it has gone this far. So now I have to prepare defence evidence materials and submit to Ipark and the court by next week.
Is this just a case of typing up the defense I used from earlier in this thread, or should I include more detail. Ive read about needing to read up on relevant cases?
Thanks in advance

Please change your thread title to something more suitable like
I Park, DCB LEGAL claim at hearing stage
No, you dont copy the defence, they already have that on file
Study the Witness Statement advice in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad
Definitely read other cases over the last 12 months
Its not I Park that you deal with, its DCB LEGAL as well as your local civil court

The NEWBIES thread 2nd post tells you all about WS and evidence bundles and I typed up a long list of recommended exhibits that nobody ever seems to read...!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Are you sure you don't mean the mediation phone call?4 -
Sorry to be blunt but you don't seem to be taking anything in from this forum or the advice at all.Right from the go from getting the PPCs name wrong, to ignoring their NTK to understanding the County Court Claim and the terminology.Everything you need is in the stickies at the top of this forum, I still cannot believe they are pursuing this for one minute on site, but you have never shown either the NTK detail or the POC!No one would consider paying their ridiculous speculative invoice for one minute on site which is totally against the Joint COP, but you just keep ignoring everything you are asked.2

Yes, which can be useful because it flushes out early discontinuations. But we had something similar the other week and it was just the mediation phonecall.ChirpyChicken said:

Apologies for causing all this frustration, I clearly have some reading to do.

Thanks. Don't stress. Nothing has changed - you entered the car park, refused the contractual offer and left. There is no contract.
We're talking a single side of A4 here. We just need to pad it out.
Can you remind us of the exact Particulars of Claim from the original claim form?
Just bad luck that your local court likes telephone chats I'm afraid!3
