I had that problem (with Android) but then I realized that you can't actually withdraw directly from KR, you can only transfer.0 -
I've had no problem withdrawing online using my laptop. At the top of the page about half way along is a transfers and payments tab. Click on this and you'll find drop-downs to choose from.
