Is there any way of raising a complaint with Fedex? I am trying to get a parcel delivered without much success. They carded me. the card had no tracking number, no phone number and the mypackage website doesn't work. I tried to use the manage my package link, not available. I tried Facebook and got the USA operators. They gave me a Coventry number to ring. Delivery was promised last Friday. 10am Friday morning I got a delivery cancelled notification. I rang Coventry again to be told it was scheduled for re- delivery on Monday (today). I told them not to deliver Monday as no- one would be in. Guess what, ding dong Fedex calling with no one in again!! Rang Coventry yet again and situation escalated, but they will not raise a complaint. Told delivery would definitely be tomorrow. 1 hour later, escalation closed and told there was a delivery delay on my parcel
I thought British Gas were hard work, but at least they are contactable and have a complaints procedure.
I did find aluncornish@fedex.com online as a suggested complaints address, but not sure it is a valid one.
Any helpful suggestions, greatfully received.

Are you the sender or the recipient? Assume you are the recipient in which case the sender should be able to reconfirm the tracking details for you if the ones given doesnt work.
There are various websites out there that give the email addresses of senior members of staff for companies. If you want your complaint to go to someone higher you can use these to find email addresses. Realistically a PA or similar will be managing their mailbox for them and in some companies such an email may just be forwarded to a customer service team to deal with in, in other companies there are executive complaints team and the relevant exec may or may not look at it before the response is sent.0 -
I am the recipient and the package was from the USA. I had the tracking put away somewhere, but what is the point of putting a card through the door with no relevant information on it and no way to contact?
To say they are unregulated is a bit of a kop out, every company should be contactable in event of a complaint, other courier companies are, even Parcel Farce and they have to be one of the worst at the moment.
As it happens, the package finally turned up today, I was surprised to see him in a van and not wearing a stetson on a horse.0 -
They are a little hit and miss. Had some deliveries with no issues but one notable one the driver delivered an obviously empty box
it was a rectangular tube which was completely open on the one end and clearly seen to be empty and yet the driver handed it
to my wife and vanished before she had even put the box in the hallway. Surprised that she didn't need to sign for it.
She was in a panic and I had to calm her and got straight onto Fedex who were helpful and sorted the issue. Several issues with
that order though. Should have been 2 items in the order where they delivered one empty box and no second item.
Turned out the seller only valued the items as $50 and not the £200+ that I paid. I was fully expecting charges so no idea
why he did that. The other part of the item was having a holiday in Memphis, maybe it was visiting Graceland?
When that arrived it looked like it had been used as a football.
Cut to the end they sorted it but I got 2 sets of invoices for the charges and duty etc. I contacted them and they wiped
all costs even the tax/duty which I was not expecting.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
