    If they would just stop this nonsense with requiring "pieces of paper to demonstrate competence" for all schemes then we might actually lower the costs of building related work and invite people into the various industries.
    Pay to play certification does not improve standards, it just makes the pool smaller and helps the dominating monopoly companies.
