Mick - I understand the attraction of free advice here v paid advice from someone properly qualified and insured who has seen the relevant documentation, but if you opt for the former, you could be personally liable if you 'get it wrong'. Maybe think whether that's the preferred outcome...?

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
