Best way to object to ParkingEye planning application??

Hi all.
As part of my research to fight an unfair fine from ParkingEye I've discovered the car park in question has an open planning application for the ANPR cameras, poles and signs which are already constructed in the car park.
I have complained to the hotel next door, and brought their attention to the planning application to potentially comment or object.
Is there anything productive I could write in my own planning objection, beyond complaining about the predatory/unreasonable conduct of the company?
If for example the application was rejected, I'm not sure what would happen then, as I'm sure Parking Eye will just submit a new one and continue operating, as they have already set up the cameras etc.
All thoughts welcome!

Valid reasons for objecting to planning permission are pretty prescriptive and restricted. You can't simply say "I don't like it", and the practices of the company submitting the application will be deemed irrelevant.1
