How does my budget look?

Hope I'm posting this in the right place. Having just moved into my new house :j this is my first ever real attempt at budgeting, and with a mortgage the size of mine I just CANT blow it!!
Since I have no idea how much some things are going to cost (haven't received definite cost of water, life insurance and a few other bits) I have estimated them and since we are having our pay reassesed at the moment, and I just had my tax adjusted, I have had a bonus this month and don't know what I'm getting next month, so this budget is for this pay-month only!
Monthly budget after Mortgage £915
Savings plan __________£100
DDs _________________£130 (Electric £37, 0% credit card min. balance £12, Life and critical Insurance £40, phone and internet approx £20?, dog insurance £9, water approx £30?, house insurance approx £20, Sky £17, Specsavers £15.50 - Total £230 but all house and insurance DDs split 50:50 with partner so I pay £130) (Cannot get cheaper Electric or phone where I live)
Car Insurance ________ £60? Normally £25 per month but its up for renewal so not sure what the deposit will be!
Petrol _______________£40
Dog ________________ £100 (food and vets)
Food and Meals out____£150
Clothes______________ £50
Xmas________________£20 (I'm saving up!)
Wedding____________ £50 (I think its just the one thing left to buy, at least I hope!!)
Wedding other________£150 (hen night, hair + makeup on day)
MISC_______________£35 (cinema, cash, ebay, boots, anything!)
Garden______________£30 (want to grow some lettuce so need hanging baskets or something!)
TOTAL £915
Good news is that wedding is 22nd July so that will be a lot less to spend my money on, and I think I'll sell my dress etc and have £hundreds back!!
So what do you think? (...said nervously!)

You should allow something for personal spending (pocket money, allowance - call it what you like). Simply money not commited to anything else. Even if its a small amout its nice to have something thats completely free of commitments.
