PCN never received and now letter from TNC - help!

Hi all,
Received a letter from TNC claiming that a PCN was attached to my windscreen by P4 parking back in June. This never happened and I never parked on that road so no PCN received.
This is the first letter I have received.
Any advice on what I should do? Write an appeal to p4 parking as per the letter? Or just ignore as they clearly have no evidence or grounds for this?
Thank you in advance!

ask them to check the reg in the photo they took of your car - if it is the same then your car could have been subject to cloning - more likely though is they have made a mistake - in which case you can get the pcn cancelled and also complain to the DVLA about your data rights being infringed.0

That's not a debt collector letter, that's your standard NTK (because TNC do the back office work for P4Parking) and the template appeal is in the NEWBIES thread.
You can presumably also go online to look at their photos when appealing.
Unless you are in Scotland, in which case you obviously ignore it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
