The adverts will be coming to everyone whether you pay or not.  They are just testing to see how much people will really pay
to get an advert free experience and it's not going to be cheap.

I think you'll also find it tricky to move "your library". On Spotify you're essentially renting the music, you don't own it, so you can't transfer it...

To move you'd need to spend time recreating your Spotify library on YouTube.

They're also different things, Spotify is audio, YouTube is really about the video.

I use Spotify and YouTube Premium/Music.  I would just use YT myself but other people on the house insist on Spotify because they have made libraries.

I think it's £14.99 for YouTube premuim which is ad free and also gives you YT Music which is also ad free.  On the desktop site the music part is not that great, but if using on your phone or android device then the YT Music App is excellent.  I actually prefer it to spotify.  When you initially set it up, it's very similar to Spotify in that it asks you what sort of music you like, and then you tick a load of boxes against various artists.

In general - spotify is a bit more flashy and slightly better at introducing you to new music.

YT Music is slightly more simple (but work sin exactly the same way) and is better at suggesting stuff you already like.

But to answer your questino, no you can't transfer libraries from one to the other.  But it shouldn't take long to add artists/albums and even favourite songs to a new list.  I think YT premium is far better value for money, since I watch about 2 hours of YT a day and have no ads

It is possible to transfer to YT according to Google... Transfer your playlists from another service - YouTube Music Help
I've not tried it so no recommendation one way or the other.
