Free Experian Credit Report?

I have just received an email from Experian saying my monthly credit report was ready to view. I clicked on the link and it took me to the app where I was able to view what appears to be my full credit report including all of my accounts, searches etc.
I do not subscribe to Credit Expert and have not seen this amount of detail for free before. Is this new or is it a mistake by Experian?

I think some people have had it on a pilot basis for a while but now anyone using the app has it.1

I have also seen the following on their website when I log in. But it is only on the app which I already had.
