Hi guys , so I’ve ignored all letters but now have a county court letter. I’ve read through your threads already. & someone mentioned it could be a fake letter. If it’s issued from Northampton, is this true ?

I would expect that it's real , not fake, especially if its from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
Name the parking company and any lawyers involved, plus the issue date on the top right of the claim form
Also post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

Is it worth fighting this it’s up to £262 now

Definitely, because they will have added a spurious £70 in so called debt collectors fees, so even if you lose, you would save money, plus it may not even get to court !pattyone123 said:Is it worth fighting this it’s up to £262 now
Please post the information I asked for earlier2 -
