Ignoring letters now court papers

Hi guys , so I’ve ignored all letters but now have a county court letter. I’ve read through your threads already. & someone mentioned it could be a fake letter. If it’s issued from Northampton, is this true ?

I would expect that it's real , not fake,  especially if its from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL 

Name the parking company and any lawyers involved,  plus the issue date on the top right of the claim form

Also post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

Definitely,  because they will have added a spurious £70 in so called debt collectors fees,  so even if you lose,  you would save money,  plus it may not even get to court   !

Of course it's a real claim form and if you've read the NEWBIES thread already, you know how easy it is to defend and see off!
