My Sky Glass TV has decided to not turn on. The screen goes blank. I troubleshooted using the Sky page and called up this morning. Went through the troubleshooting again. No luck. They have said they are contacting the Sky Glass repairs and will get a response within 24hours. If they decide I need a replacement it will cost me £625. I am just out of warranty and still paying for the TV. The TV has not been mistreated and is in the bedroom.

If you hire an independent expert, who reports that the TV had some latent fault at the time it was supplied to you, then you have a legal case against Sky under the Consumer Rights Act.Otherwise, you bought a TV with a 2 year warranty on a 4 year finance deal. It doesn't look like Sky have much faith in their products. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
