I own the vehicle but I was actually the passenger for this incident. My partner pulled over to the side of the road to have a conversation with her sister and didn’t actually leave the vehicle. They spoke for around 10 minutes.
A week later I received a parking notice.

Dont bother appealing
come back if you get a letter before claim from a solicitor (ignore any from directly from EPC)
