Hi, I’ve received a General Form of Judgement where UK Parking Control Limited are the claimant. Please can anyone help on what I need to do? Thank you

What on earth did you put in your defence in order for a criminal offence to be mentioned?
Log a proper personalised defence and log it with Manchester county court manchestercivil@Justice.gov.uk

Its quite clear that Judge Iyer has struck out your defence for various legal issues , especially any allegations of criminality, your defence must rebut the POC on the original claim form, etc
Presumably its a UKPC case via DCB Legal ?
So you must put your submitted defence into word, strike out everything that doesn't apply in red ink, leaving it in the document , so not deleting it then add your new defence in red ink, preferably based on the brand new template defence by coupon mad, but keep your headers and footers, and the signed statement of truth too.
Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first, so we can see the alleged contravention etc, plus post a redacted copy of the original defence
Once you have fully complied with the order etc, save it as a pdf and email it to manchester court for his attention, with claim reference etc, your deadline is 8th August, but don't leave it until then, get it done within the next fortnight1 -
Show us your defence. Word for word.1

Thank you both for your responses. Yes it is UKPC via DCB Legal. Please see requested info. Redacted PoC, N9B Defence, N180 D Suitability for determination without a hearing

that is obviously an awful defence
Look at the template defence and make sure you edit that accordingly
Post up the relevant section of that defence for review
you will need to write the claim number and parties at the top of the word document,
sign using a statement of truth and email to the court
You have a second chance to get this right, take it, your lucky

Type all that into word, strike through it all in red ink, because its whinging, start over ( leaving it in but struck through )
Add the template defence to the bottom of it in red ink, adapting one or two paragraphs to suit, plus try to rebut the POC about the not parking within the bay or space correctly too
Add the statement of truth to the bottom of it, plus an E signature , as seen in the old template defence
At the top, add the suitably adapted header from the old template defence, Parking Eye versus your name etc, plus add the claim reference number, in red ink
All the new additions should be in red ink, as should the strike through of the old defunct defence1 -
Thank you for your advice. I did originally provide a better defence but was told it wasn’t allowed. I will take on board your comments and update. Thank you so much1
