Total Sports - order not fulfilled

Hello, I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to either get a refund or get the football kit which I ordered for my son back in May. I placed the order with Total Sports but have not received the kit. I have tried to contact them but they don't answer the phone and I have not had replies to several emails. I've tried a complaints email address that I found for them too. It would probably be easiest to try for a refund at this point. The kit did have personalisation on it, if that makes any difference.

Did you get an order confirmation email?
How did you pay?1 -
If you paid via PayPal or debit/Credit card contact bank/PP to start the dispute process for non receipt of goods.Life in the slow lane1

I did get a confirmation email for the order and I paid with a debit card. so I suppose my next move is to contact my bank.

I couldn't get the money back through the bank because it wasn't a Visa payment, it was made through Wonderful Payments. I have contacted Wonderful Payments and they said that " we do not have the ability to charge back payments as Wonderful doesn't actually ever touch the funds themselves - we just facilitate them by providing the technology that moves the money from your bank account straight into the bank account of the merchant you paid.".
I'm not sure what I can do next. Does anyone have any advice?0 -
whats the EXACT URL of the purchase you made? It sounds a bit iffy...0

No fuss, no stress - just instant payments. With Open Banking, money moves directly from one bank account to another.
Sounds like a bank transfer & not a card payment.

Yes, that is them. So I should send Total Sports a letter saying that I will make a money claim online unless I get a refund from them? Okay.0
