Hello, I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to either get a refund or get the football kit which I ordered for my son back in May. I placed the order with Total Sports but have not received the kit. I have tried to contact them but they don't answer the phone and I have not had replies to several emails. I've tried a complaints email address that I found for them too. It would probably be easiest to try for a refund at this point. The kit did have personalisation on it, if that makes any difference.

Did you get an order confirmation email?

    How did you pay?

If you paid via PayPal or debit/Credit card contact bank/PP to start the dispute process for non receipt of goods.

I did get a confirmation email for the order and I paid with a debit card. so I suppose my next move is to contact my bank.

Yes, ask the bank for a chargeback.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

I couldn't get the money back through the bank because it wasn't a Visa payment, it was made through Wonderful Payments. I have contacted Wonderful Payments and they said that " we do not have the ability to charge back payments as Wonderful doesn't actually ever touch the funds themselves - we just facilitate them by providing the technology that moves the money from your bank account straight into the bank account of the merchant you paid.".

I'm not sure what I can do next. Does anyone have any advice?

No fuss, no stress - just instant payments. With Open Banking, money moves directly from one bank account to another.

Sounds like a bank transfer & not a card payment.

Letter before action & follow up with, money claim online is the only option.

Yes, that is them. So I should send Total Sports a letter saying that I will make a money claim online unless I get a refund from them? Okay.
