IHT Form 411

Just started to fill out IHT forms & have Question on Form 411 Listed Stocks & Shares.
Stocks & Shares ISA with Fidelity has multiple funds with different Quantities & Price, do I have to put all of these individually on the 411 form?

    Yes you do, just be thankful that it is funds rather than huge numbers of individual shares.

  • Next Hurdle - IHT Form 409 - Pensions!  Mix of Workplace & private Pensions.  Do I need to know who any payout is going to & put on this form, as only have the amount, Providers want Probate before continuing?

    Has the deceased nominated individuals receive any of the death benefits?

    Got to chase the providers for info on any nominated individuals.

    If you work your way through IHT 409 you are likely to find that you don’t need to provide any numbers. The vast majority of pension schemes fall outside the estate.

    That is my understanding, it is just understanding which are the correct boxes to tick & info filled in, do not want it holding up progress by bouncing back!
