I stupidly clicked on a link which someone had sent me, the link was for a page which would tell you who had blocked you on msn, as well as clicking on the link i stupidly signed in with my msn name and when that happened all hell broke loose as a link to this website would be sent to people on my friends list, i know i was stupid to click on it and sign in but whats done is done, what else can i do to get rid of it, ive run ccleaner(nothing untoward yet) and running avast and spyware terminator at this minute,
