Opened this account on line yesterday. No faff just had to upload one type of photographic ID. Received email saying application had been submitted and received another one couple of hours later saying it was open with account details explaining I couldn't pay in until the next day (today) which I have now done my bank recognising the details. Email also said would receive another email today with details of how to get online access.

Did it by any chance say how long you had to make the initial deposit? I couldn't see this in their T&Cs.0

I couldn't see anything suggesting that this account has a funding window, but I've made £1 deposit the day after opening just in case, £1 at 4.65% doesn't hurt.1spiral said:Did it by any chance say how long you had to make the initial deposit? I couldn't see this in their T&Cs.1 -

Why the sarcasm? Some people on here may be interested in knowing timescales. If you're not interested why not just scroll on by.aroominyork said:We're all delighted for you.3 -
It would be useful to say that what it's about in the thread title - that helps people scroll on by (as oppose to, say, people who think you're asking for info or help, and thought they could provide it - just the name of an account tells us little about the subject).Growingold said:
