DCBL letter of claim

Hi all, apologies if this has been answered a million times but I find all of the information and abbreviations really hard to follow.
For context, the landlord who owns the building where I work recently began using a permit system from National Parking Control, there are no ticket machines, each of the premises gets given parking permits to display in their windscreens, we share these so they can’t be attached permanently and on two occasions mine had slipped down the front of my dashboard, and I received a ‘fine’.
So far I have ignored all communication so just wondering if someone could tell me what my next steps should be?

That LoC letter is clearly from DCB Legal, not DCBL, it says so
Email the LoC template response to DCB Legal, from the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

You can either email the template response, email that you deny the charge, displayed your permit and look forward to showing the judge, or simply ignore.
Look out for court claim. But like 99% of these - they'll just discontinue.
If ther permit they supplied is
non-adhesive they'll have a very tough job. Which is why I'd be surprised if it gets to a hearing. Even if it is £340.2 -

What's confusing? Easy stage:
Either ignore or reply. You'll still get a claim form either way unless you are in Scotland.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
