Euro Parking Services PCN, Gladstones letter before claim

Hello everyone!
First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to the people that help around here! I find it trully amazing.
Now, I received a PCN from Euro Parking Services in August last year. I appealed and tried to get it cancelled but with no luck. This was for parking on a "Parking for patrons whilst on the premises only" land for 5 minutes and 18 seconds. My argument will be that the sign at the entrance was partially covered by their own door, the writting on the sign next to which I parked was so small, you would have to get out of the car to be able to read it, at which point you are parked and "entered a contract" based on their T&C's.
Fast forward to yesterday, I received a Gladstones letter before claim for £170 worth of charges + court fee £35 and Solicitor's cost £50.
I've just sent them the template from the newbies thread. Do I just wait now?

Yes, you wait for their reply and then wait for an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL2

Do start a new thread if you need help but I see you won in court a few years ago!Fiz1990 said:Hello! What was the outcome of this case? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
