    I have given up on trying to get my employer or 3rd party HR company to do anything and my question was whether it was possible for ME to submit a P11d? Thereby removing the responsibility from either of them.
    Form P11d is entirely the responsibility of the employer for the reasons given earlier in the thread.

    Have you obtained the Court transcript yet. As will clarify precisely why your employer lost their court case. Going round and round in circles will achieve nothing.

    The Ford marketing literature would have been superceded by the Court of Appeals ruling in favour of the HMRC.

    @Channel_tunnel

    I've provided a further link to HMRC guidance which hopefully explains why, despite what the literature from Ford may say, your employer has decided the Ford Transit DCIV is not a van:

    Here is a link to the Court of Appeal decision:

    I would wager that I am the only person who was provided with these vans as company cars who has actually been taxed as a passenger carrying vehicle.
    I would wager that you are not.

    If it makes you feel better report Ford for false advertising.

    The court case was ongoing. HMRC's powers are retrospective,

    But the OP doesn’t accept it.
