Have you obtained the Court transcript yet. As will clarify precisely why your employer lost their court case. Going round and round in circles will achieve nothing.
The Ford marketing literature would have been superceded by the Court of Appeals ruling in favour of the HMRC.0 -

I've provided a further link to HMRC guidance which hopefully explains why, despite what the literature from Ford may say, your employer has decided the Ford Transit DCIV is not a van:
