CCJ from parking fine

I forgot to follow up. Great news. I won. I had to battle the judge for it, but in the end I won.
I have not received a ruling in paper as I thought I would have, and its been over a month since the court hearing. I am a bit confused. I'm eager to tell DCBL to give me my £313 before I send a bailiff to their defendant5 -
Well done, but
Not DCBL , its DCB LEGAL on behalf of UKPC. ( attention to correct details are key here. )
I assume that the judge awarded your costs, based on your brief update above
The court judgment should arrive in post bearing in mind current court delays
If your costs were awarded, email DCB LEGAL and insist that they pay the total, giving them 7 or 14 days to comply before you escalate it via a Warrant of Control

A battle? Judge started off grumpily blaming you but you used VCS v Carr or other arguments to turn it around?
It really shouldn't be a battle for consumers to set aside a rogue parking CCJ. So you also got the Claim struck out too? On what basis was that agreed? Not properly served within 4 months of filing the claim?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The set aside was a given from the start. DCB Legal agreed to the set aside in their court submission. The fight was to get the claim struck out. The judge wasn't convinced that it was improperly served as they did send it to my last known address and I never notified them of my new address. I did argue that their claim of doing a trace prior to issuing a claim was false since I had left my previous address 4 months after they issued their claim.
In the end, the judge actually helped me out. He identified a discrepancy where they issued the claim to my old address despite knowing my new address. I'm still a bit confused tbh because I don't see where that happened, but I'm not complaining. Towards the end of the hearing, I mentioned the claim didn't reach track and therefore the winning party is entitled to costs. The judge replied "well you've clearly been doing your research" lol. So in the end I got the CCJ set aside, claim struck out and my costs. After the judge stopped recording, he said "well done, I didn't see it ending this way". Then he told me to do him a favour and make sure I pay for my parking before I left, loool.
Should I wait until the court papers come to email DCB Legal for my money, or should I do it now?7 -
If dcb legal have your email address they do email very quickly asking for bank details or you will get a letter through the post asking for your bank details and who to pay
Well done btw4 -
