PCN Appeal refusal

Options
The Euro Car Park refusal was emailed and unknowingly went to Junk File. Not seeing their reply I appealed again and now its in hands of Debt Collector. I had expected a written reply by post so assumed the matter closed. They didn't warn me reply would be emailed nor that I should check my Junk file - which I have never checked as I am over 75 and not techie ! Isn't this a bit unfair - they are now asking for £170 !!!

    Ignore their demands

Wait for the inevitable Letter of Claim or future Court claim

Meanwhile,  you could put a complaint to ECP on their complaint link listed in the BPA AOS members list

Of course they are. Big deal! You don't PAY.

The tedious £170 threatogram matches the ones you saw in pictures when you read the 4th post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST. No additional advice is needed.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
