Hi, backstory is my dad parked and bought a parking ticket but only half the reg came onto the ticket, so when he received the fine he appealed but they refused it.
They sent a claim form and I filled out the aos on 04/07/25 and sent the defence on the 12/07 to the email. But I have seen the recent threads saying there is a new defence template and needs to be sent on the mcol website. But when I log onto mcol it doesn't give me an option for it now

Then the email will have to suffice, but I hope that everything was done using his government gateway account etc, not yours ? ( only the defendant can defend unless legally represented by a lawyer or similar )
