Entry is by text only. Maximum 3 entries per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter a maximum of 3 times during the Promotional Period. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
Prizes:
a. There are 8 prizes, each consisting of a pair of Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 Final tickets, for 27th September 2025 at Twickenham Stadium, London. Each prize is for 2 adults (winner + guest aged 18+).

The tickets give winners and guests general admission access to both the Bronze Final and Final games:
● Game 1: 12:30 - Bronze Final
● Game 2: 16:00 - Final
● Game 1: 12:30 - Bronze Final
● Game 2: 16:00 - Final
The prize also includes £750 spending money, to be transferred via BACS to a UK bank account in the winner's name.
b. In the event that a ticket winner requires a disabled access ticket to the event, the Supplier will endeavor to provide a disabled access ticket with 1 companion access ticket (must be 18+). Winners will need to get in touch with the Supplier’s partner agency Activation via email: wilkinsonsword@promotionhandling.com.
c. The winners and guests are responsible for all other expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. All costs and expenses incurred from their prize including, but not limited to meals and drinks as required, tips and other gratuities are the winner’s and their guest’s own.
d. Winners will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.
e. Rugby World Cup Event Organisation Terms and Conditions
i. Ticket Terms and Conditions: Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at https://media.ticketmaster.co.uk/tm/en-gb/img/static/pdf/2025/wrwc/terms_and_conditions.pdf or such other webpage as determined by World Rugby Events Designated Activity Company (“WRED”) from time to time) and all applicable WRED and tournament organiser “Tournament Organiser”) and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by WRED). Further each winner and his/her
guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with WRED and/or the Tournament Organiser concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.

Negative Publicity: Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of WRED or the Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause 2 shall cause significant damage and loss to WRED.
iii. Use of Data: The Supplier may pass personal information relating to prize winners to WRED and/or Tournament Organiser (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of WRED and/or Tournament Organiser relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.
iv. Responsibility for Promotion: This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of WRED. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not WRED or any other persons involved in the staging of Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 (including Tournament Organiser) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion.
Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize(s) for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
